1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to:

All U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii

Select international destinations (subject to local import laws)
Note: Some items may not be eligible for international shipping due to perishability or local regulations.

2. Shipping Methods
All products are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging using dry ice or gel packs to maintain product integrity during transit.

3. Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST ship the next business day.

No shipments on weekends or federal holidays unless arranged in advance.
4. Delivery Schedule
We ship orders Monday through Thursday to avoid weekend transit delays. Saturday delivery available in select locations (additional fees apply) Tracking information is provided via email upon shipment

Our packaging is designed to keep products frozen throughout the shipping duration.
7. Receiving Your Order
To ensure quality:

Unpack your order immediately upon arrival

Store all items in the freezer at -18°C / 0°F or colder

Report any issues within 4 hours of delivery
8. Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather conditions

Courier disruptions

Customs inspections (for international shipments)
However, we’ll work closely with carriers to resolve any issues promptly.
9. Damaged, Missing, or Spoiled Items
If your shipment arrives:

With missing items

Spoiled due to delay

Please contact us within 4 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
10. International Shipping
Customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance
