The Small Eye Croaker (Nebris microps) is a prized coastal fish known for its delicate white flesh and mild, slightly sweet flavor. Recognizable by its streamlined silver body, small eyes, and subtly arched profile, this member of the drum family (Sciaenidae) is commonly found in warm coastal and estuarine waters. Its firm yet tender texture makes it perfect for grilling, frying, baking, or steaming wholeAlso known as Butterfish in the Caribbean and Chinese markets.

Catch Season: Year Round.

 

Method of Catch: Trawl.

 

Form: packed Whole Gutted, and  Skin on fillets,  1x10 lbs., 1x20 lbs and 1x40 lbs also 10x 2 lb bags
